  • To be attentive and engaged in class.
  • To spend an adequate amount of time on the homework
  • To seek help when appropriate.

Students are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the start of sessions and setup their work station.

Any student absent will be followed up by the tutor within 24hours. Any absence will need to be explained and the authorisation of an absence will be limited to specific situations. Reasonable adjustments will be made for students with disabilities, learning difficulties, emotional, social and behavioral needs.

Students failing to complete their assessment over the period of their course, will be charged by the hour for any additional teaching.

Accreditation based courses must have a minimum of 90% attendance In order to qualify.

Classes will not be delayed for late comers and will commence promptly at the given time irrespective of whether all students are present. Tutors are not responsible for repeating work for late comers in any case.
Class hours can be varied at the discretion of the tutor without prior notice.

Payment for/ or attending a course does not guarantee a successful completion and accreditation. Awards of achievements are gained by the successful justification of the assessment criteria for the relevant course of study. The decision of the internal examination (tutor) is final in all cases.
